We are located in the Wellcome Trust/Cancer Research UK Gurdon Institute at the University of Cambridge.

We work on different areas of basic biology, using the nematode C. elegans as a model system:

  1. We study chromatin regulation in transcriptional and post-transcriptional events.
  2. We study how cells establish and maintain polarity.
  3. For many aspects of our research, we conduct genome-wide RNAi screens using an RNAi feeding library that we constructed.

Our RNAi feeding library is available from Geneservice, Ltd.

Most of our research is supported by The Wellcome Trust.
