Russischer Zupfkuchen

Famous German recipe for a chocolate-cheese cake.

Ingredients for one round cake:
200 g margarine
350 g sugar
50 g cocoa
300 g flour
4 Eggs
1 packet of baking powder
250 g melted butter
500 g quark
some vanilla

Instructions:
1. Mix 300 g flour, 1 egg, 200 g margarine, 200 g sugar and 50 g cocoa to a dough
2. Put the larger part of the dough in a spring form as cake bottom and leave part of the dough for later
3. Mix all remaining ingredients well and spread on the cake bottom
4. Pick the remaining dark dough to pieces and drop them on the cake
5. Bake for 1 hour at ca. 175°C
