Interim Business & Operations Manager

Role summary

The Business & Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day administration of the Gurdon Institute. I manage a fabulous team that provides support in financial management, budgeting, human resources, facilities, and strategic planning.

I work closely with core professional staff and group leaders to ensure the smooth running of the Institute. I also liaise with the School of Biological Sciences and the central University administration.

I am the interim Business & Operations Manager until December 2024. My underlying position is a roving role, providing Department Administrator level cover for departments and institutes within the School of Biological Sciences.
